Collab worked with Front Range Community College on multiple buildings on the Boulder County campus. Phase I of this project was focused on brining facilities and restrooms up to current code and ADA standards. This included major fire alarm, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work and was tackled in multiple phases to meet the needs of the academic schedule.

Phase II of this project focused on the renovation the existing administrative area to accommodate for new office spaces, conference room, and a mail and copy. In addition, we designed a new online learning center that will include an administrative staff space, campus creation facility, and new classrooms to include updated furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Total renovation was 5,920 SF
