Collab has been working with Front Range Community College on several renovation projects.  One of these was the conversion of an existing full commercial kitchen into a more modern and efficient Grab and Go concept at the Westminster Campus. The Grab and Go concept reduces the overall physical footprint of the space, removes most of the commercial kitchen equipment, and redesigns the space with efficiency of operations and ease of end-user access, front-of-mind.
