    Bio

Growing up in Littleton, Colorado, Andrea loved to immerse herself in creative activities. In elementary school, she began experimenting with fashion design, but when she discovered Interior Design, it ignited a real passion. From then on, she was constantly trying different arrangements of her bedroom, figuring out how she could create spaces that functioned best for her. She was so thorough, her parents have found old floor plans she did as a child complete with symbols and a legend! Even early in life, it was clear to everyone she would go on to pursue her dream of becoming an Interior Designer.

Following that passion , Andrea went on to graduate with a bachelors from Colorado State University. After graduation, she created her own Interior Design firm while working for a local architecture firm, Architecture West LLC. It was there that she learned the ins and outs of commercial design, site and land planning, and construction documents.

In 2018 she began working in Building Design at Springhaus. There she continued to expand her knowledge in commercial and residential design. This set her up to transitions into her current position with Kreate Architecture.

Today, she continues her Interior Design education through International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and Continuing Education Units (CEU).

She has a deep love for the creative process and seeing a project go from start to finish. Her passion for design and crafts is still a cornerstone of her life, and in her free time, she can often be found relaxing through coloring, cross stitch, mechanical wood miniatures, or puzzles.

With all that she does, she follows the advice of Tim Gunn from Project Runway, “make it work!”
