    A city block redevelopment at 200 N. College Ave which included the rehabilitation of two multi-tenant building, a new site design and addition to the south building. The north building had been renovated several times over the years and required extensive interior demolition and attention to grade changes within the building. The owner wanted to create a more efficient layout for tenant leasing along with a central core of restrooms and storage for tenants and patrons. The existing parking lot between the north and south buildings was removed to create a main plaza with multi-tenant access. The plaza features an assortment of shipping containers available for tenant finish, a central gathering area with seasonal activities, and a focal point of Old Town Churn with radiating string lights activating entire space. The south building had also been renovated several times over the years and required complete interior demolition. The south end of this building was extended to maximize space with an addition which added a connection across Walnut to engage the rest of Downtown Fort Collins.
