St Cloud Office Building

For the St. Cloud Office Building project, Collab was involved from the core and shell design, through to several tenant finishes within. There is a total of (4) separate tenant improvement spaces within the core and shell structure. The St. Cloud project is a two-story, 10,000 SF facility located in Loveland, CO. The design team was able to work with the developer to not only create an aesthetic core and shell but able to provide attractive, desirable tenant finish spaces for future tenants.
