Heritage Title

Tenant Finish Project completed in Fort Collins. This client had a unique program as there was a dedicated public and private section to their office remodel. Collab was able to coordinate with all the different consultants including security to provide a welcoming public space and an efficient natural lit private office area. The goal of this renovation was to change a sterile environment into an inviting space by also adding elements that elevated the overall design. There was high importance on the impressionability of the space as they are very client-focused. We were able to accomplish this by clever use of materials and design elements that drew the visitors’ eyes through the space.
