Collab worked with a private client to complete a façade renovation on this historic building in the RiNo District in Denver. Collab worked closely with Denver’s Landmark Preservation staff to provide a design that not only fit the historic characteristics of the exterior but also provided the tenant with great visibility and access to their space. In addition to the exterior renovation, the existing space has been completely demolished and divided to allow for (2) future tenants. This required extensive MEP coordination to separate the building systems that were once provided for a single tenant, to now accommodate multiple tenants. The existing space also contained a full commercial kitchen that needed to be independent from the main retail space.
This project site had existing, occupied tenant spaces around and under the project area. Our team coordinated closely with the General Contractor to ensure that the work was done in a timely, organized, and considerate manner. Arc’teryx is one of the tenants moving into this location, but will be handling interior fit out on their own.
