Town of Windsor Public Works Campus

The Town of Windsor Public Works Campus included (6) different buildings with over 51,500 SF in Windsor, Colorado for a variety of services. The complex was awarded a DOLA Grant and included an office building, (2) Unheated Storage Buildings, Heated Storage Building, Fleet Services Building, Fueling Island, Water Tower, Shops Building, and Material/Salt Storage. The full project design timeline took just under a year and a half from concept to completion.

The project included coordination of all civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering along with specialized equipment coordination. There was also major site coordination as the utilities and infrastructure passed under an existing/active railroad.

Jordan worked as the Project Manager on this project.
