Park Crossing is a 63 unit, townhome development in Greeley, Colorado. Spanning 15 separate buildings, this community offers 3-floor plan options with thoughtful layouts and clean design.
Collab has been involved in this project since the purchase of the land. The team spearheaded all the site planning, the initial concept layouts, density requirements and coordinated construction sets and documents. The team worked closely with the owner on all aspects of this project.
