Inspiring Talkers

Inspiring Talkers provides Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy to children of all ages. This Tenant Finish project was a total of 5,500 SF and was located in an existing pre-engineered metal building. Due to the use of the end-user, the design was meticulously looked over for features such as acoustics, ADA accessibility, and interior material selections. There was also heavy coordination with the MEP team to make sure their respective disciplines took into account these factors. The space includes a reception and waiting area, multiple consultation/therapy rooms, a large flexible play area, and administrative offices. The project took just a little over six months to complete and was finished in the proposed schedule.
