Collab undertook a multi-phased project with TPC, one of the nation’s largest elite golf clubs, focusing on the development of a new 50,000-square-foot clubhouse in Berthoud, Colorado. Phase 1 of the project centered on the creation of a pro shop, upscale member’s locker rooms, and additional retail and cafe spaces. Phase 2 strategically planned several multi-use spaces, including lounges, additional restaurant and bar spaces, member areas, and a large event space and banquet hall. The design was crafted to capture the stunning views of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains over the 16th hole, while laying the groundwork for future renovations, such as a fitness center and virtual golf simulators in Phase 3.
Working closely with the ownership group, we ensured that material selections and the overall design adhered to nationwide TPC standards. This clubhouse has been instrumental in fostering community interest, contributing to local growth, and establishing itself as an iconic event space and sought-after destination. The project was designed to accommodate diverse uses seamlessly, integrating indoor and outdoor spaces cohesively, while accounting for the anticipated growth of both Berthoud and the Club.
