Town of Superior, Downtown Civic Space

Collab Architecture is collaborating with the Town of Superior to create a Downtown Civic Space that brings the community together in the heart of a new development area. Designed as an extension of Superior’s existing community center, this flexible, multipurpose space is tailored to host diverse town events, programs, and gatherings. Key features include a large event area with a catering kitchen and storage for rental equipment, along with versatile spaces for studios, classrooms, play areas, and administrative offices. By integrating programming across multiple facilities, Collab maximizes resources, offering accessible, functional spaces that serve the town’s immediate needs and adapt to future growth. Balancing function with flexibility, this new civic hub fosters community connection while positioning the town for long-term, dynamic use.
