Design for a Modern Workplace at St. Cloud Office Building

The St. Cloud Office Building is a two-story, 10,000 SF office facility located in Loveland, Colorado. Designed with both aesthetics and functionality in mind, Collab Architecture collaborated with the developer to create an inviting core and shell while also delivering high-quality tenant finishes tailored to the needs of diverse businesses. The building houses four separate tenant spaces, each incorporating a mix of open office areas, private offices, training rooms, conference rooms, break rooms, and storage space.

Collab Architecture provided both architectural and interior design services for the following tenant finishes within the St. Cloud Office Building:

Rebel Homes – This regional office features an open office area, private offices, conference rooms, and a dedicated training room, supporting the company’s operations with a functional and modern workspace.
Rabo Agrifinance – Designed as a regional hub, this space includes an open office area, conference rooms, private offices, a break room, an outdoor patio, and a training room to facilitate collaboration and client engagement.
Chayah Consulting – Tailored for consulting services, this office space incorporates open offices, private offices, conference rooms, and a break room, fostering a productive work environment.
HUB Insurance – This regional office is designed with open and private offices, conference rooms, and a break room, supporting the company’s operational needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
