Collab Architecture provided both architectural and interior design services for Slate Studios, a luxury salon and spa within the revitalized Loveland Yards development. Spanning nearly 5,000 square feet, this thoughtfully designed space offers single and double suites for independent stylists, massage therapists, estheticians, and wellness professionals, allowing them to operate their own businesses without the overhead of a full-sized salon or spa.

Common amenities, including restrooms, laundry facilities, and a shared break area, foster a flexible, community-oriented environment that enhances both tenant and client experiences. The project involved interior and exterior renovations, with exterior upgrades introducing more natural light to elevate the atmosphere while also improving energy efficiency. Designed to reflect an elevated brand identity, Slate Studios seamlessly blends sophistication, functionality, and sustainability, meeting the evolving needs of modern beauty and wellness professionals.
