Park Crossing Townhome Development

Collab Architecture collaborated with a private development group to design Park Crossing, a residential townhome community in Greeley, Colorado. The development consists of 63 townhomes across 15 buildings, offering three distinct floor plans with open layouts, private patios, and modern farmhouse finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel sinks, and tile backsplashes.
