Minimal Market Bulk Grocery Store

Collab Architecture partnered with a private client to complete renovations to an existing building to house Minimal Market, a bulk organic grocery store in downtown Loveland, Colorado. Located within the city’s historic district, the project required integration with the surrounding architectural context. Scope included accessibility upgrades, façade enhancements, and an interior renovation aligned with the store’s mission of sustainability and community wellness. The resulting space features a clean, efficient layout that supports a waste-conscious retail experience rooted in local values.
