A Mountain Modern Home Rooted in Colorado’s Landscape

Located in the scenic landscape of Timnath, Colorado, the residence at Majestic View is an 8,600 SF custom home designed in a striking mountain modern style. With five bedrooms and thoughtfully planned living spaces, the home blends rustic materiality with refined, contemporary lines—creating a balance between comfort, luxury, and a deep connection to its natural surroundings.

The design emphasizes clean forms, expansive glazing, and warm natural materials like stone, wood, and steel, bringing in panoramic views and abundant natural light throughout the home. Vaulted ceilings, open-concept living areas, and indoor-outdoor transitions enhance the sense of space, while private retreats like a primary suite, guest quarters, and lower-level entertainment areas ensure both functionality and privacy for family and guests alike.

Crafted to reflect the character of Colorado’s landscape while embracing modern living, this residence stands as a timeless example of elevated design rooted in place.
