A Mountain-Top Hub for Resort Operations

Located at the summit of East Mountain, the 2,500 SF Grip Bay Building was designed and constructed in partnership with Granby Ranch Ski Resort. This ground-up facility supports resort operations by serving as a service bay for lift maintenance technicians and a base camp for ski patrol, mountain groomers, and other essential staff.

Built to meet the demands of a remote alpine environment, the building integrates with existing lift infrastructure and includes sheltered areas for guests to warm up or take in the mountain views.

This dual-purpose facility enhances safety, improves operational efficiency, and supports the needs of both resort staff and visitors.
