Leading the Way in Baseball & Softball Training – D-BAT Windsor

The D-BAT Baseball and Softball Facility is a 22,500 SF tenant finish project within an existing building in Windsor, Colorado, designed to provide a premier training environment for young athletes. The facility’s layout prioritizes flexibility, featuring retractable nets and opportunities for indoor/outdoor training to accommodate a variety of fitness and sports activities.

Beyond the expansive training space, the facility includes a pro shop and retail area, administrative offices, a parents' lounge, a party room, and a dedicated batting cage area—all thoughtfully designed to enhance the experience for athletes, families, and staff. Throughout the project, we worked closely with D-BAT’s corporate headquarters to ensure the design and material selections aligned with brand standards, creating a cohesive and professional environment tailored to both performance and community engagement.
