Centerplace Crossing Townhome Development

Collab Architecture partnered with a private developer to design Centerplace Crossing, a new townhome community in Greeley, Colorado. As the sister property to the recently completed Park Crossing, this development carried forward many of the same modern design influences but on a more intimate scale. Featuring 30 spacious townhomes, Centerplace Crossing offers a refined residential experience with thoughtfully designed layouts that prioritize comfort and functionality. Building on the success of Park Crossing, this community enhances Greeley’s residential landscape, providing stylish, high-quality living spaces tailored to today’s homeowners.
