Bearpaw III Retail Development

Collab Architecture, in collaboration with Roche Constructors, delivered a 12,221 square-foot ground-up retail development at Centerplace in Greeley, Colorado. The building features a flexible core and shell design, providing adaptability for a range of tenant uses. It is structured to accommodate up to five individual tenant spaces, making it suitable for a variety of retail or service-oriented businesses. Additionally, the project includes a dedicated drive-thru space, enhancing convenience for both tenants and their customers, particularly those in the food and beverage or service industries.

The building's design prioritizes flexibility, allowing tenants to customize their interiors based on specific business requirements, while maintaining a cohesive exterior aesthetic. Collab Architecture managed the entire process, from the initial site design and entitlement phase to the creation of detailed construction documents and ongoing construction administration. This end-to-end involvement allowed for seamless coordination between design and construction, ensuring that the project was delivered on time and within budget while meeting all regulatory and zoning requirements.
