Mountain View Townhome Development, Phase I & II

Collab Architecture partnered with Baessler Homes on the multi-phase Mountain View Development in Johnstown, CO.

Phase I included 143 units across 36 buildings, offering 3-Plex, 4-Plex, and 5-Plex configurations. The two unit styles available were a 1,400-square-foot, 3-bedroom layout and a 1,000-square-foot, 2-bedroom option.

Phase II continued the development with an additional 120 units across 30 buildings. This phase introduced more variety, with four unit styles: a 1,400-square-foot, 3-bedroom, a 1,200-square-foot, 3-bedroom, a 1,000-square-foot, 2-bedroom, and an 800-square-foot, 2-bedroom option.

In both phases, Collab Architecture provided full architectural services, coordinated color and material selections, and delivered detailed renderings for marketing purposes, ensuring a cohesive, functional, and visually appealing design throughout the entire development.
