Advanced Energy Corporate Campus Renovations

Collab Architecture partnered with Advanced Energy on a multi-phase renovation of their Fort Collins headquarters, transforming the facility to enhance both employee well-being and specialized manufacturing needs.

Phase 1 focused on a 14,790 SF office remodel, introducing flexible workspaces and inviting indoor/outdoor areas designed to foster collaboration and improve the daily experience for staff.

Phase 2 expanded these enhancements to the exterior, incorporating ramps, patios, and accessible outdoor spaces that provide inclusive access and serve as extensions of the workplace for relaxation and informal meetings.

Phase 3 involved the installation of a 5,500 SF ISO Class 7 Cleanroom within the existing manufacturing facility. This highly controlled environment required precise pressure differentials, a modular ceiling system integrating fan filter units and lighting, and an independent steel structure to support a new rooftop make-up air unit (MAU).

This phased renovation reinforces Advanced Energy’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence, creating a cohesive, high-performance environment that supports both workplace efficiency and specialized production.
