Adams County, Western Services Building

Collab Architecture partnered with Adams County to renovate the Western Services Building, focusing on enhancing universal accessibility and ADA compliance. The project transformed restroom facilities on all floors into non-gender, family-friendly spaces that meet current accessibility standards for government buildings.Building on the success of Park Crossing, this community enhances Greeley’s residential landscape, providing stylish, high-quality living spaces tailored to today’s homeowners.

In addition to restroom upgrades, the renovation included a redesign of the front lobby, elevator lobbies, and main hallways, creating a more welcoming and functional environment for visitors and staff. Material selections played a key role in ensuring durability, ease of maintenance, and a refined aesthetic suitable for this high-use facility.

By prioritizing accessibility and long-term functionality, the renovation modernized the Western Services Building while improving the overall experience for the community it serves.
