Westlake Commons Townhome Development

Collab Architecture partnered with a private developer to design and deliver Westlake Commons—a townhome community located in Greeley, Colorado, composed of three buildings totaling approximately 28,500 SF. Each building is roughly 9,500 SF and together house 15 thoughtfully designed townhomes, each around 1,900 SF.

Every unit includes three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms with an open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The second floor features a primary suite with a walk-in closet. All homes offer a private patio and an attached garage.

Architecturally, the project embraces a clean, modern aesthetic with an emphasis on natural light, functional layouts, and community integration. Situated near local trails, parks, and a lake, Westlake Commons provides residents with convenient access to both nature and neighborhood amenities. Building on the success of Park Crossing, this community enhances Greeley’s residential landscape, providing stylish, high-quality living spaces tailored to today’s homeowners.
