EXPANDING OUR PUBLIC PORTFOLIO //
Strengthening Statewide Relationships
In 2024, we deepened our connections in the public sector, partnering with even more municipalities and organizations across Colorado. These collaborations allowed us to contribute to impactful public projects, and we look forward to building on these relationships in 2025 to continue making a meaningful difference. Some of our recent partnerships include those with the Town of Silverthorne, the City of Arvada, the City of Ouray, and others.
COMMUNITY FIRST //
Amplifying Our Impact
In 2024, we strengthened our commitment to giving back with a more focused approach. By narrowing our support to a select group of organizations, we’ve been able to deepen our impact and foster long-term partnerships. During this year, we were able to donate over $250,000 to these organizations.
We continued our partnership with CASA of Larimer County through the completion of the Harmony House and strengthened our collaboration with Greeley-Weld Habitat for Humanity by participating in Build Days and supporting the Hope Springs Development. Alongside these efforts, we sustained our involvement with Respite Care, the Food Bank for Larimer County, and Alternatives to Violence, while many of our team members remained engaged in individual volunteer efforts with organizations like the ACE Mentor Program, NoCo Unify, and others.
NEW FACES //
Welcoming New Talent To The Team
We welcomed Kevin Dorsey, Design Manager, and Susanne (Zann) Tousignant, Architectural Designer, to our team this year. Kevin brings over 25 years of expertise, helping streamline processes and keep projects on track. Zann’s focus on the sensory experience of space and user-centered design adds a fresh perspective to our work. We’re excited to see how both Kevin and Zann will continue to contribute to our team’s success in the year ahead.
ON THE RISE //
Celebrating Our Successes
2024 has been a year of continued recognition for Collab Architecture and our team. We were honored to be named CASA’s Corporate Partner of the Year and to earn the distinction as one of BizWest’s Fastest Growing Private Company for the second year in a row. Our Marketing Director, Holly Fink, was recognized as SMPS Marketer of the Year and received a marketing award for our 2023 holiday card. Additionally, we proudly placed 4th in the Food Bank for Larimer County’s Annual Corporate Food Fight, highlighting our team’s collaborative spirit and dedication. We are immensely grateful for these opportunities and the acknowledgment of our collective efforts.
PERSONAL WINS! //
Celebrating Team Member Milestones
This year has been one of growth and celebration for our team—both professionally and personally. Alongside our firm’s achievements, several team members marked exciting milestones of their own.
Andrea Eichacker and her husband welcomed a new baby to their family, marking a joyful chapter in their lives. Kamry Peterson took on an incredible challenge, traveling to Rome to compete in her first half marathon. This historic race, the city’s first, shut down streets to allow runners to pass by some of Rome’s most iconic landmarks—a truly unforgettable experience.
